DFDS Ark Germania Inline Hybrid scrubber
For DFDS Ro-Ro vessel Ark Germania we installed a Hybrid MEP-Inline scrubber system.
Retrofitted in the existing funnel of the vessel replacing a part of the exhaust gas pipe. This is a turn-key solution.
Our Hybrid scrubber system offers a combination of an open and closed loop operations and provides the flexibility to operate in closed loop mode (including zero discharge mode) depending on the conditions (seawater alkalinity, discharge restrictions, etc.) and in open loop mode without consuming any alkaline agent.
This option provides high flexibility of operation in low alkaline waters as well as on the open ocean.
