For TORM ELISE Chemical Oil Products Tanker, we installed an Open Loop Hybrid-ready Inline scrubber system. This is a new building project where the scrubber is installed as the vessel was built. The vessel was built in China at GSI. 

The Open Loop Hybrid-ready SOx scrubber system offers a flexible feasibility for the ship owner to prepare for the increasingly strict standard from International Maritime Organization(IMO).

Further benefits with a Hybrid-ready solution is, that they quickly and easily can get their system changed to Hybrid if the need arises.

Notably, we used the SMO254, a steel material that provides the best quality assurance and the longest durability for ships at sea.
