For the oil mr tanker Nord Pearl, we installed an Open Loop Inline scrubber system. 

This was the best retrofit solution for the 2009 tanker, and with an Open Loop system that use seawater to neutralize the SOx of the exhaust gas without consuming any alkaline agent the vessl now meets the legal requirements from IMO.

The scrubber is produced with SMO254 to provide the best quality assurance and the longest durability for the Nord Pearl.

ME Production Open Loop SOx solution has been specifically designed to have as few components as possible to easy the installation process and have as compact as possible to afford more area to limited space on board.
